Apa Kabar Rencana IPO Wika Realty? Ini Kata Manajemen WIKA
IDXChannel - PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) tengah fokus pada penyehatan keuangan perseroan. Sehingga, rencana penawaran umum perdana saham atau initial public offering (IPO) anak usaha perseroan saat ini belum menjadi prioritas.
"IPO anak usaha sampai dua tahun ke depan belum jadi prioritas. Kami masih fokus penyehatan dulu," kata Sekretaris Perusahaan WIKA, Mahendra Vijaya saat Media Discussion di Jakarta, dikutip Jumat (23/8).
Lunasi Utang Jatuh Tempo, Wijaya Karya (WIKA) Siapkan Dana Rp896,5 Miliar Anak usaha perseroan, Wika Realty sempat direncanakan untuk melantai di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada 2023. Namun rencana tersebut belum terlihat kelanjutannya hingga saat ini.
Selain itu, perseroan juga digadang-gadang menyiapkan IPO anak usahanya yang lain, seperti WIKA Industri dan Konstruksi, WIKA Rekayasa Industri, WIKA Bitumen, WIKA Serang Panimbang, serta WIKA Tirta Jaya Jatiluhur.
