Emiten Aguan (PANI) Tuntaskan Private Placement, Total Raup Rp6,53 Triliun
IDXChannel - PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI) kembali menuntaskan aksi korporasinya. Kali ini Penambahan Modal Tanpa Hak Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu (PMTHMETD) II atau private placement II senilai Rp2,43 triliun.
Hasil pelaksanaan PMTHMETD II ini dilaporkan manajemen dalam keterbukaan informasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), dikutip Minggu (25/8).
PANI Gelar Private Placement Dua Kali, Intip BesarannyaEmiten properti milik konglomerat Aguan-Salim itu telah menerbitkan saham baru dalam PMTHMETD II sebanyak 469.011.800 saham dengan harga nominal Rp100 pada 22 Agustus 2024. Sementara tanggal pencatatan saham baru 23 Agustus 2024.
"Harga pelaksanaan PMTHMETD II sebesar Rp5.200 per saham," kata manajemen.
Eksekusi Private Placement I, Emiten Aguan (PANI) Raup Rp4,09 Triliun"Pihak yang menjadi pembeli saham baru hasil PMTHMETD II adalah PT Multi Artha Pratama (MAP)," sambungnya.
