港股恒指高开1%，A股房屋检测概念股盘初多股涨停
周一，A股三大指数小幅高开后震荡走低。
港股高开高走，恒指、恒生科技指数均涨超1%。
○A股三大指数小幅高开后转跌，沪指跌0.09%，深证成指涨0.19%，创业板指涨0.43%。
○港股主要指数高开，恒生指数开盘涨0.55%，恒生科技指数涨0.62%，东方甄选绩后直线拉升，涨超9%。
A股中，建科股份、国检集团、上海建科集体涨停，招标股份、垒知集团、罗普斯金等跟涨。
消息面上，住建部副部长董建国近日表示，研究建立房屋体检、房屋养老金、房屋保险这三项制度，构建全生命周期的房屋安全管理长效机制，上海等22个城市目前正开展试点。
港股恒指涨超1%。东方甄选直线拉升，涨超9%；商汤涨超5%。
