Jadwal Cum Date GEMS, Dividen Interim Tembus Rp397 per Saham
IDXChannel - PT Golden Enery Mines Tbk (GEMS) berencana membagikan dividen interim sebesar Rp397 per saham yang diambil dari laba bersih tahun ini.
"Dividen interim ke-2 tahun buku 2024 sebesar USD0,0255 atau Rp397,27 per saham di mana perseroan menggunakan kurs tengah BI per tanggal 23 Agustus senilai USD1 = Rp15.579," kata Corporate Secretary GMES, Sudin SH lewat keterbukaan informasi yang dikutip Senin (26/8/2024).
Berdasarkan data KSEI, jumlah saham GEMS yang beredar di publik mencapai 5,88 miliar saham sehingga total dividen yang dibagikan mencapai USD150 juta atau sekitar Rp2,34 triliun.
Berdasarkan laporan keuangan terbaru GEMS, emiten batu bara Sinar Mas Group tersebut meraup pendapatan Rp22,4 triliun di semester I-2024, tumbuh 3,5 persen dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun lalu ssebesar Rp21,6 triliun. Sementara laba bersihnya mencapai Rp5,2 triliun, naik 3,8 persen dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun 2023 sebesar Rp5 triliun.
Berikut jadwal pembagian dividen yang diumumkan manajemen GEMS:
1. Cum Dividen di Pasar Reguler dan Negosiasi : 2 September 2024
2. Ex Dividen di Pasar Reguler dan Negosiasi : 3 September 2024
3. Cum Dividen di Pasar Tunai : 4 September 2024
4. Ex Dividen di Pasar Tunai : 5 September 2024
6. Pembayaran dividen : 13 September 2024
