Pasardana.id - Ardi Kusuma selaku Direktur Utama PT Mitra Pack Tbk. (IDX: PTMP) telah melakukan pembelian saham perseroan sebanyak 31.700.000 lembar PTMP di harga Rp75-Rp85 per saham pada tanggal 20 Agustus hingga 26 Agustus 2024.

"Transaksi ini dilakukan untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tulis Ardi Kusuma, dalam keterangan tertulis, Senin (26/8). 

Pasca transaksi pembelian, maka kepemilikan saham Ardi Kusuma di PTMP menjadi 31.700.000 lembar saham setara dengan 1% dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya 0 lembar saham.
