Komisaris Selaku Pengendali IDPR Tambah Porsi Kepemilikan Sahamnya di Perseroan

Pasardana.id - Manuel Djunako selaku Komisaris dan juga Pengendali PT Indonesia Pondasi Raya Tbk (IDX: IDPR) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya di perseroan setelah melakukan pembelian sebanyak 56.900 lembar saham atau sebanyak 0,01% dari total IDPR di harga Rp148 per saham pada tanggal 26 Agustus 2024.

“Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk investasi dengan Status Kepemilikan Saham langsung,” sebut Dwijanto selaku Corporate Secretary PT Indonesia Pondasi Raya Tbk dalam keterangan tertulis, Selasa (27/8).

Pasca transaksi pembelian, maka kepemilikan saham Manuel Djunako di IDPR sebanyak 1.711.876.206 atau setara 85,47% dari sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 1.711.819.306 atau setara 85,46%.
