Pasardana.id - Emiten yang bergerak Industri dibidang suku cadang kendaraan bermotor, Indospring Tbk (IDX: INDS) melaporkan fakta material perihal Pendapatan Dividen Tunai dari PT MK Prima Indonesia (Entitas Anak) sebesar USD 255.000 pada tanggal 27 Agustus 2024.

“Berdasarkan hasil keputusan RUPS PT MK Prima Indonesia pada tanggal 25 Juni 2024, telah membayar dividen atas tahun buku 2023 sebesar USD 255.000,” sebut Bob Budiono selaku Direktur merangkap Corporate Secretary Indospring Tbk dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (28/8).

Diketahui, PT MK Prima Indonesia merupakan entitas anak usaha dari INDS dengan kepemilikan saham 51%, yang bergerak di Industri suku cadang dan aksesoris kendaraan bermotor.
