Bursa Pelototi Saham CITY Imbas Harga Naik Tak Wajar
IDXChannel - Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) memasukkan saham PT Natura City Developments Tbk (CITY) dalam radar pantaauan karena terjadi peningkatan harga saham secara tidak wajar atau di luar kebiasaan (Unusual Market Activity/UMA).
"Sehubungan dengan terjadinya UMA atas saham CITY tersebut, Bursa saat ini sedang mencermati perkembangan pola transaksi saham ini," tulis pengumuman BEI yang diteken Kepala Divisi Pengawasan Transaksi, Yulianto Aji Sadono serta Kepala Divisi Pengaturan & Operasional Perdagangan, Pande Made Kusuma Ari A, Jakarta, Selasa (27/8).
Natura City Cetak Laba Rp17,5 Miliar Per November 2019Saham CITY melonjak dua hari beruntun. Saham emiten properti itu melejit 34,33 persen ke Rp90 pada penutupan perdagangan Senin (26/8). Kemudian kembali berakhir melonjak 26,67 persen di harga Rp114 pada perdagangan Selasa (27/8).
Bursa memastikan, pengumuman Unusual Market Activity (UMA) tidak serta merta menunjukkan adanya pelanggaran
terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan di bidang Pasar Modal.
