Jual Kapal ke Anak Usaha, HUMI Raih Dana Segar Rp2,8 Miliar
IDXChannel - PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk (HUMI) menjual satu unit kapalnya seharga Rp2,8 miliar ke anak usaha.
Kapal tug boat bernama Semar Duapuluhtujuh dibeli oleh PT OTS Internasional (OTSI) dengan menggunakan kas internal.
"Sumber pendanaan OTSI untuk pembelian Kapal sebesar 100 persen berasal dari keuangan internal," ujar Direktur Utama Humpuss Maritim Tirta Hidayat dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (28/8/2024).
Pembeli kapal tersebut merupakan entitas anak Perseroan dan perusahaan terkendali dengan kepemilikan langsung sebanyak 99,9 persen saham.
Adapun transaksi afiliasi ini bertujuan untuk pengembangan usaha entitas perseroan serta menciptakan sinergi untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan dan memberikan kontribusi positif bagi para pemegang saham.
