50基点开启降息周期？美联储从没这么干过
通胀超预期降温叠加鲍威尔在全球央行年会上的鸽派讲话，市场预计到年底美联储将累计降息近100个基点，这意味着接下来的三次议息会议中，至少有一次会大幅降息50基点。
然而，根据德银最新研报，过去三十年中，美联储从未以如此大幅度的降息开启一个新的降息周期。
德银分析师Matthew Raakin等人在本周稍早前公布的研究表示，美联储对利率进行调整时，通常会在FOMC例会上采取比较谨慎的态度，从未进行大幅度的降息。相反，大幅降息一般发生在临时会议上，或是临时会议之后不久的例会上。
德银报告提到，鲍威尔在杰克逊霍尔全球央行年会的讲话中虽然确认了降息的可能性，但并未提供具体的降息时间和幅度指引。鲍威尔强调，未来的降息决策将取决于“即将到来的数据、不断演变的经济前景和风险平衡”。
德银认为，如果劳动力市场保持稳定，美联储可能会选择以25个基点的幅度逐步降息，不会一次性大幅降息。然而，如果劳动力市场前景恶化或经济出现下行风险，美联储可能会采取更激进的降息措施。
报告提醒，尽管市场预期强烈，但美联储的决策将基于对经济数据的实时评估，而非市场的一厢情愿。
