Waskita Beton (WSBP) Siap Eksekusi Private Placement Tahap II, Segini Nilainya
IDXChannel - PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP) akan memulai aksi korporasi Private Placement untuk mengonversi utang dari kreditur pada awal pekan depan.
Dalam keterbukaan informasi, WSBP bakal menerbitkan 350.781.751 lembar saham WSBP dengan harga konversi senilai Rp50,81 per saham.
Hampir Tuntas, WSBP Pasok Beton ke Proyek Tol Betung-Jambi Senilai Rp26,94 Miliar “Nilai nominal per lembar saham sebesar Rp50,” kata manajemen di keterbukaan informasi, diakses pada Sabtu (31/8/2024).
Berdasarkan perhitungan IDXChannel, maka total nilai Private Placement Tahap II WSBP diperkirakan menembus Rp17,82 miliar, yang bakal mulai dilaksanakan pada Selasa 3 September 2024.
