RI Sukses Jual Surat Utang Dual Currency USD1,8 Miliar dan 750 Juta Euro
IDXChannel - Pemerintah Indonesia sukses melakukan transaksi penerbitan Surat Utang Negara (SUN) dalam dua mata uang asing (dual-currency), yaitu USD dan Euro masing-masing sebesar USD1,8 miliar dan 750 juta Euro. Penerbitan surat utang ini menggunakan format SEC-Registered.
"Transaksi ini menandakan keberhasilan pemerintah menerbitkan global bonds dengan format SEC untuk kelima belas kalinya," tulis DJPPR Kementerian Keuangan dalam keterangan resminya, Jakarta, Rabu (4/9).
Tiga Surat Utang Tercatat di BEI Pekan Ini, Nilai Emisi Sepanjang 2024 Capai Rp77,28 TriliunSeri SUN dual currency yang dirilis, yaitu Seri RIEUR0932 (EUR750 juta, tenor 8 tahun, jatuh tempo 10 September 2032), Seri RI0934 (USD1,15 miliar, tenor 10 tahun, jatuh tempo 10 September 2034), dan Seri RI0954 (USD650 juta, tenor 30 tahun, jatuh tempo 10 September 2024).
Tingkat kupon dan yield masing-masing seri, yaitu Seri RIEUR0932 (3,650 persen dan 3,723 persen), Seri RI0934 (4,750 persen dan 4,800 persen), serta Seri RI0954 (5,150 persen dan 5,200 persen).
