Borong 8,8 Juta Saham, Komut AMAN Keluarkan Dana Rp983 Juta
IDXChannel - Komisaris Utama PT Makmur Berkah Amanda Tbk (AMAN) Johan Tedja Surya memborong 8,8 juta saham perseroan pada 5 September 2024.
Transaksi tersebut dilaksanakan pada harga Rp111 dengan jumlah 8.859.600 saham AMAN. Johan merogoh kocek sekitar Rp983 juta untuk mengakumulasi kepemilikan sahamnya tersebut.
Usai transaksi, saham Johan bertambah menjadi 24.524.600 atau setara 0,63 persen. Sebelumnya, ia menggenggam 15.665.000 saham AMAN atau setara 0,40 persen.
"Status kepemilikan saham langsung, dan tujuan transaksi adalah untuk penempatan investasi," tulis Johan dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (6/9/2024).
Saham AMAN pada Jumat (6/9/2024) stagnan di harga Rp112. Dalam satu bulan, saham tersebut sudah menguat tipis 1,82 persen dan jatuh 6,67 persen secara year to date (ytd).
Pemegang saham AMAN yakni PT Griya Prima Amanda 3.158.500.000, Siauw Janice Maria 114.335.000, Johan Tedja Surya 15.665.000, publik 585.000.000.
