Komisaris Utama GTSI Tambah Porsi Kepemilikan Sahamnya di Perseroan

Pasardana.id - A. R. Sofyan, SE, Ak selaku Komisaris Utama PT GTS Internasional Tbk. (IDX: GTSI) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya di perseroan, setelah membeli sebanyak 260.000 lembar saham GTSI di harga Rp30-Rp32 per saham pada tanggal 22 Agustus serta tanggal 27 dan 29 Agustus 2024.

"Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk Meningkatkan liquiditas transaksi saham dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," sebut Arya Mahardhika Pradana selaku Corporate Secretary GTSI, dalam keterangan tertulis, Senin (09/9). 

Pasca transaksi pembelian, maka kepemilikan saham A. R. Sofyan di GTSI bertambah 660.000 lembar saham dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 400.000 lembar saham.
