HRTA Akan Terbitkan Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Tahun 2024 Senilai Rp1 Triliun

Pasardana.id - Emiten produk perhiasan, PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (IDX: HRTA) berencana menerbitkan Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Tahun 2024 senilai Rp1 triliun.

Dalam prosfektus singkat yang dilansir dari keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (09/9), Ong Deny selaku Corporate Secretary HRTA menyebutkan, bahwa obligasi ini akan diterbitkan dalam dua seri, yaitu Seri A dengan tenor tiga tahun dan Seri B dengan tenor lima tahun. 

Suku bunga untuk Seri A berkisar antara 6,75% hingga 7,50% per tahun, sementara untuk Seri B berkisar antara 7% hingga 7,5% per tahun.

Penawaran umum obligasi ini dijadwalkan berlangsung pada 22-24 Oktober 2024.

Penjamin emisi obligasi meliputi PT Bahana Sekuritas, PT BNI Sekuritas, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, dan PT Sucor Sekuritas. 

Adapun PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (IDX: BBRI) bertindak sebagai wali amanat, dengan Credit Guarantee & Investment Facility sebagai lembaga penjamin yang merupakan dana perwalian dari Asian Development Bank.
