Pengendali MARK Kurangi Porsi Kepemilikan Sahamnya di Perseroan

Pasardana.id - Tecable (HK) Co Limited selaku pemegang saham pengendali PT Mark Dynamics Indonesia Tbk. (IDX: MARK) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya di perseroan setelah menjual sebanyak 54.407.957 lembar saham di harga Rp950 per saham pada tanggal 10 September 2024.

"Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," sebut Presiden Direktur MARK, Ridwan dalam keterangan tertulis, Selasa (10/9).

Pasca penjualan, maka kepemilikan saham Tecable (HK) Co Limited di MARK berkurang menjadi 1,61 milyar lembar saham, atau setara dengan 42,39% dibandingkan sebelumnya, yang tercatat sebanyak 1,66 milyar lembar saham, atau setara dengan 43,82%.
