Investor TCPI Ini Mau Hibahkan 72,11 Juta Saham ke Anaknya
IDXChannel - Emiten perkapalan, PT Transcoal Pacific Tbk (TCPI) mengumumkan rencana pengalihan saham oleh investor individu perseroan sebanyak 72.119.300 (72,11 juta) saham. Nilai transaksi ini nantinya sebesar Rp9,95 miliar.
Direktur TCPI, Bintang Septo Drestanto mengatakan, perseroan telah menerima surat pada 9 September 2024 dari Gunawati, pemilik 71,11 juta saham perseroan atau di Bawah 5 persen dari total jumlah saham perseroan.
