Eastparc Hotel (EAST) Sebar Dividen Interim Rp5,15 Miliar Awal Oktober
IDXChannel - Emiten pengelola hotal PT Eastparc Hotel Tbk (EAST) mengumumkan rencana pembagian dividen interim kepada pemegang saham.
Dalam keterbukaan informasi, Kamis (12/9/2024) total dividen interim EAST mencapai Rp5,15 miliar, atau setara Rp1,25 per saham.
Jumlah itu akan dibagikan kepada seluruh pemegang 4,12 miliar saham EAST yang beredar.
Dana dividen berasal dari kinerja keuangan EAST pada kuartal II-2024 dengan laba bersih senilai Rp15,42 miliar. Perseroan juga masih menggenggam saldo laba ditahan mencapai Rp11,7 miliar.
Invetor yang berhak atas dividen EAST wajib tercatat paling lambat pada 25 September 2024.
Berikut adalah jadwal pembagian dividen interim PT Eastparc Hotel Tbk (EAST):
A. Pasar Reguler dan Pasar Negosiasi
- Cum Dividen: 23 September 2024
- Ex Dividen: 24 September 2024
B. Pasar Tunai
- Cum Dividen: 25 September 2024
- Ex Dividen: 26 September 2024
C. Recording Date: 25 September 2024
D. Pembayaran: 3 Oktober 2024
