ADHI Bentuk Usaha Patungan, Garap Ruas Tol Bogor-Serpong via Parung
IDXChannel - PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI) bersama tiga perusahaan mendirikan usaha patungan. Perusahaan patungan ini akan menggarap jalan tol ruas Bogor-Serpong (via Parung).
Tiga perusahaan yang terlibat dalam pembentukan usaha patungan tersebut adalah PT Persada Utama Infra (PUI), PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR), dan PT Hutama Karya Infrastruktur (HKI).
Adhi Karya (ADHI) Siap Bayar Obligasi Jatuh Tempo Sebesar Rp473,5 MiliarADHI dan tiga perusahaan tersebut sebelumnya merupakan suatu konsorsium.
"Telah melakukan pembentukan usaha patungan sebagai Badan Usaha Jalan Tol (BUJT) Ruas Bogor-Serpong (via Parung) dengan nama PT Bogor Serpong Infra Selaras," kata Corporate Secretary ADHI, Rozi Sparta dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jakarta, Kamis (12/9).
