Lippo General Insurance (LPGI) Stock Split, Harga Sahamnya Jadi Segini
IDXChannel - PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk (LPGI) akan memulai perdagangan saham dengan nilai nominal baru hasil stock split di Pasar Reguler pada Selasa pekan depan (17/9).
Emiten asuransi milik Hanwha Life ini menetapkan rasio stock split 1:10. Artinya, setiap satu saham LPGI bernominal lama akan dipecah menjadi 10 saham dengan nominal baru.

Harga saham LPGI pada saat akhir cum di Pasar Reguler dengan nilai nominal lama Rp500 per saham tanggal 13 September 2024, tercatat pada harga Rp4.200. Dengan demikian, harga teoretis untuk pedoman tawar menawar dan perhitungan Indeks Harga Saham di BEI dan Indeks Harga Saham (IHS) Individual LPGI dengan nilai nominal baru Rp50 per saham ditetapkan berdasarkan formula Rp4.200 dibagi 10, menjadi Rp420.
