Delta Dunia (DOID) Hapus 547,78 Juta Saham Treasuri, Ini Dampaknya
IDXChannel - Emiten tambang batu bara, PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) mengumumkan telah menghapus 547,78 juta saham hasil pembelian kembali atau saham treasuri.
Hal ini mengakibatkan adanya penurunan jumlah modal ditempatkan dan disetor DOID ke Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).
Giliran J Resources (PSAB) Buka Suara soal Rumor Diakuisisi DOID“Pada 12 September, BEI telah menerima penghapusan pencatatan sebanyak 547,78 juta saham treasuri,” kata Direktur DOID, Dian Sofia Andyasuri di keterbukaan informasi, Rabu (18/9).
Saham treasuri adalah saham yang diperoleh perusahaan hasil dari pembelian kembali atau buyback. Sesuai aturan, perusahaan wajib mengalihkan saham treasuri dengan berbagai cara.
