Pasardana.id - Indeks Nikkei 225 di Bursa Efek Tokyo, Jepang, naik 176,95 poin, atau sekitar 0,49 persen, pada Rabu (18/9/2024), menjadi 36.380,17. Indeks Topix meningkat 0,25 persen menjadi 2.562,12.

Seperti dilansir AFP, indeks Nikkei naik dipicu ekspektasi pemangkasan suku bunga Federal Reserve.

Saham perusahaan penyedia layanan kesehatan online M3 memimpin penguatan hari ini dengan melambung 5,04 persen. Saham perusahaan semikonduktor Sumco dan Disco masing-masing melonjak 4,55 persen dan 3,26 persen.

Saham perusahaan otomotif Mazda Motor dan Hino Motors masing-masing meningkat 3,76 persen dan 3,47 persen. Saham Toyota Motor dan Honda Motor masing-masing 2,99 persen dan 2,54 persen.

Nilai tukar dolar Amerika Serikat melemah 0,67 persen terhadap yen menjadi 141,365 yen per dolar AS.
