静待美联储决议，美股盘前股指期货波动不大，国际油价跌1%
美联储首次降息在即，尽管降息50基点的预期愈发高涨，但华尔街仍在就25基点还是50基点争论不休。前有新债王“喊话”支持降息50基点，后有桥水创始人达利欧表态，“降息25个基点是正确之举”。
今日美股盘前，美股三大指数期货窄幅波动。
半导体股涨跌不一，英特尔、美光科技微跌，英伟达微涨，台积电涨0.68%，阿斯麦跌0.66%。谷歌盘前小幅上涨0.28%，谷歌母公司Alphabet赢得了对欧盟14.9亿欧元广告反垄断罚款的诉讼。
部分中概股下跌，理想汽车跌逾1%。
欧股主要股指多数低开，欧洲斯托克50指数跌0.05%，德国DAX指数涨0.07%，英国富时100指数跌0.13%，法国CAC40指数跌0.03%。目前走势如下：
亚太股指涨跌不一。日经225指数收盘小幅上涨，印度股市小幅下跌0.2%。
国际油价维持颓势，目前布伦特原油、WTI原油均跌约1%。
