日本央行维持利率不变，符合预期
9月20日周五上午，日本央行以9-0一致通过最新利率决议，维持政策利率水平不变在0.15%-0.25%区间，符合市场预期。
决议公布后，美元兑日元短线拉升约30点后回落，现报142.53。
日本10年期国债收益率波动不大，现报0.857%。
