Direktur Clipan Finance (CFIN) Engelbert Rorong Mengundurkan Diri
IDXChannel - PT Clipan Finance Indonesia Tbk (CFIN) mengumumkan pengunduran diri salah satu Direktur Perseroan, yakni Engelbert Rorong. Dia merupakan Direktur Legal & Collection.
"Perseroan telah menerima surat pengunduran diri Bapak Engelbert Rorong, Jr selaku Direktur Perseroan pada 18 September 2024," kata Direktur Utama CFIN, Harjanto Tjitohardjojo dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jakarta, Minggu (22/9).
Penantian Lo Kheng Hong Berbuah Manis, CFIN Bagi Dividen Rp398,4 MiliarSayangnya, Harjanto tak menyebut alasan mundurnya Engerbert maupun dampak pengunduran diri tersebut kepada perseroan.
Dari sisi kinerja semester I-2024, CFIN membukukan laba bersih sebesar Rp128,21 miliar. Realisasi ini anjlok dibanding laba periode yang sama tahun lalu sebesar Rp649,65 miliar.
