Dirut Resign, Pinago Utama (PNGO) Bakal Gelar RUPS
IDXChannel - Emiten kelapa sawit dan karet, PT Pinago Utama Tbk (PNGO) mengumumkan pengunduran diri Direktur Utama (Dirut) Perseroan, Ferdy Surya Handojo.
"Pada 18 September 2024, perseroan telah menerima surat pengunduran diri Bapak Ferdy Surya Handojo selaku Direktur Utama Perseroan," kata Corporate Secretary Pinago Utama, Meli Tantri dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jakarta, Minggu (22/9).
Direktur Surge (WIFI) Mengundurkan Diri, Sahamnya Turun 2,19 PersenDalam hal ini, perseroan akan menggelar Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) paling lambat 90 hari sejak diterimanya surat permohonan pengunduran diri. RUPS digelar untuk memutuskan pengunduran diri tersebut.
