IDXChannel - Harga minyak mentah memanas pada pekan yang berakhir 20 September 2024. Data pasar mencatat kontrak berjangka minyak West Texas Intermediate (WTI) naik hampir 5 persen dalam sepekan.
Hingga Senin (23/9) pukul 11:59 WIB, harga kontrak WTI naik 0,92 persen ke level USD71,65 per barel, dalam data perdagangan di New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX).
Ditunjuk Kementerian ESDM, MedcoEnergi (MEDC) Bakal Kelola Blok Amanah SumselPeningkatan harga acuan minyak mentah ini dinilai menjadi katalis bagi pergerakan saham produsen minyak bumi PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC).
Financial Expert Ajaib Sekuritas, Ratih Mustikoningsih menilai, harga WTI telah mengalami rebound sejak menyentuh USD60 per barel. Organisasi negara pengekspor minyak bumi dan sekutunya (OPEC+) dikabarkan akan menghentikan pembatasan produksi mulai September 2024.
