RUPSLB MNC Digital (MSIN) Restui Stock Split Rasio 1:5
IDXChannel - Para pemegang saham PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk (MSIN) menyetujui rencana stock split atau pemecahan nilai nominal saham dengan rasio 1:5.
Keputusan ini disepakati dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) yang gelar di iNews Tower, Senin (23/9).

"Dengan melakukan stock split, harga per saham perseroan lebih terjangkau dan memberi kesempatan kepada investor, terutama investor domestik untuk aktif memperdagangkan dan ikut memiliki saham perseroan," ujar Noersing.
