IDXChannel - PT Century Textile Industry Tbk (CNTX) akan menggelar Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) Rabu besok (25/9). Rapat ini diselenggarakan untuk meminta persetujuan para pemegang saham terkait rencana go private atau delisting.
RUPSLB tersebut dijadwalkan berlangsung pukul 10.10 WIB di Hotel Mulia Senayan, Mawar, level mezzanine, Jalan Asia Afrika, Senayan, Jakarta Pusat.

Disebutkan, apabila rencana go private disetujui oleh RUPSLB, penawaran untuk membeli saham yang dimiliki pemegang saham publik akan dilakukan melalui penawaran tender oleh Penfabric.
