Remala Abadi (DATA) Akuisisi 85 Persen Saham Fiber Media Indonesia
IDXChannel - PT Remala Abadi Tbk (DATA) telah mengakuisisi mayoritas saham perusahaan layanan infrastruktur telekomunikasi, PT Fiber Media Indonesia. Nilai pengambilalihan tersebut sebesar Rp19,97 miliar.
Direktur Utama Remala Abadi, Richard Kartawijaya mengatakan, perseroan menggelontorkan Rp19,97 miliar untuk menyelesaikan transaksi pengambilalihan saham Fiber Media Indonesia. Dana tersebut berasal dari hasil Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Dengan akuisisi ini, kata Richard, perseroan resmi memegang kendali mayoritas Fiber Media Indonesia.
