Indosat Minta Restu Stock Split Hari Ini, Cek Target Harga Saham ISAT
IDXChannel - PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) memburu restu investor untuk memecah nilai saham atau stock split.
Demi memuluskan rencana itu, perusahaan menggelar Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) hari ini di Gedung Indosat Oooredoo Hutchison, Jakarta, Selasa (24/9).
Pendapatan dan Laba Bersih Indosat Meningkat di Semester I-2024Hanya ada satu mata acara rapat, yakni persetuuan pemecahan saham dan perubahan pasal 4 anggaran dasar ISAT sehubungan dengan stock split.
Data pasar Selasa (24/9) pukul 11:18 WIB menunjukkan saham ISAT naik 1,14 persen ke level Rp11.075 per saham. Nilai transaksi-net mencapai Rp21,04 miliar dengan volume 1,92 juta saham.
