IDXChannel - Rencana PT Hexa Prima Nusantara (HPN) untuk mengakuisisi PT Lini Imaji Kreasi Ekosistem Tbk (FUTR) kini menemui babak baru.
HPN dan PT Investasi Gemilang Maju (IGM) selaku entitas FUTR telah menandatangani perjanjian jual beli saham bersyarat pada Senin (23/9).
Tiga Jurus Lini Imaji (FUTR) Hadapi Tantangan Industri Retail and eCommerce di 2024Kesepakatan itu mengacu pada rencana HPN dalam membeli 99,99 persen PT Digital Futurama Global (DFG) yang merupakan pengendali lama FUTR.
Sebagai pengendali baru, HPN berniat akan menggelar penawaran tender wajib atau tender offer untuk membeli saham publik.
