PEFINDO Tetapkan Peringkat idAAA untuk Obligasi PT KAI Tahun 2019 yang Akan Jatuh Tempo

Pasardana.id - PEFINDO menetapkan peringkat idAAA untuk Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Tahun 2019 Seri A senilai Rp900 miliar yang diterbitkan PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) (KAI), yang akan jatuh tempo pada 13 Desember 2024.  

“Periode Rating  berlaku sejak 20 September 2024 – 13 Desember 2024,” sebut PEFINDO dalam rilis Selasa (24/9). 

Adapun KAI berencana melunasi obligasi jatuh tempo tersebut menggunakan dana hasil aksi korporasi yang diperkirakan akan terealisasi dalam waktu dekat.  

KAI merupakan operator kereta api milik negara, yang menyediakan jasa angkutan penumpang dan angkutan barang.  

Perusahaan merupakan satu-satunya pengguna infrastruktur kereta api pemerintah.  

Perusahaan didukung oleh enam anak perusahaan, yakni PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia, PT Railink, PT KA Logistik, PT KA Properti Manajemen, PT Reska Multi Usaha, dan PT KA Pariwisata.

PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) dimiliki 100% oleh Pemerintah Indonesia.
