Direktur SSIA Kurangi Porsi Kepemilikan Sahamnya di Perseroan

Pasardana.id - Wilson Effendy selaku Direktur PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk. (IDX: SSIA) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya di perseroan setelah menjual sebanyak 202.800 lembar saham SSIA di harga Rp1.325-Rp1.380 per saham pada tanggal 18 dan 19 September 2024. 

"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah Penjualam saham dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," sebut Wilson Effendy dalam dalam keterangan tertulis, Rabu (25/9). 

Pasca transaksi pembelian, maka kepemilikan saham Wilson Effendy di SSIA berkurang menjadi sebanyak 5,16 juta lembar saham atau setara dengan 0,001% dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 5,36 juta lembar saham, atau setara dengan 0,011%.
