Direktur Utama dan Pengendali OASA Kurangi Porsi Kepemilikan Saham

Pasardana.id - Gafur Sulistyo Umar selaku Direktur Utama dan pengendali PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk. (IDX: OASA) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya di perseroan setelah menjual sebanyak 126.944.400 lembar saham OASA di harga Rp157 per saham pada tanggal 24 September 2024. 

"Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," sebut Gafur Sulistyo Umar, dalam keterangan tertulisnya, Rabu (25/9). 

Pasca transaksi penjualan, maka kepemilikan saham Gafur Sulistyo Umar di OASA berkurang menjadi sebanyak 3,08 miliar lembar saham atau setara dengan 48,6361% dibandingkan sebelumnya, yang tercatat sebanyak 3,21 miliar lembar saham, atau setara dengan 50,6361%.
