Pengendali FWCT Tambah Porsi Kepemilikan Sahamnya di Perseroan

Pasardana.id - PT Fortuna Anugrah Sumber Terpadu selaku pemegang saham pengendali PT Wijaya Cahaya Timber Tbk (IDX: FWCT) telah menambah kepemilikan sahamnya di perseroan setelah membeli sebanyak 64.983.300 lembar saham FWCT di harga Rp100 per saham pada tanggal 25 September 2024.

"Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," sebut Budi Tjahjadi selaku Direktur FWCT, dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Minggu (29/9).

Pasca transaksi pembelian, maka kepemilikan saham PT Fortuna Anugrah Sumber Terpadu bertambah menjadi  sebanyak 1,140 milyar lembar saham atau setara dengan 60,81% dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 1,075 milyar lembar saham, atau setara dengan 57,34%
