降息无望了？欧洲央行表示，政策利率将保持“足够的限制性”，直到实现通胀目标。
今日，欧洲央行行长拉加德在讲话中表示，展望未来，一些调查指标的低迷水平表明，经济复苏面临逆风。
她表示，通胀回落在过去两个月中加速。但“欧洲央行的政策利率将保持足够的限制性，直至实现我们的目标。”
她还表示，劳动力市场依然强劲，“第二季度就业增长仅为0.2%，近期指标显示未来几个季度将进一步放缓。”
展望未来，通胀在第四季度可能会暂时上升。但欧洲央行对于能按时实现2%的通胀目标更有信心。
“最新数据显示，通胀朝着目标方向发展，增强了市场信心。我们会在10月份把信心的增强纳入考量。”
欧洲央行行长拉加德发言后，德国国债收益率回升，10年期国债收益率报2.12%。
欧元对美元小幅上涨，至1.1欧元。
