PPGL Akan Bagikan Dividen Interim Sebesar Rp2 per Saham

Pasardana.id - PT Prima Globalindo Logistik Tbk. (IDX : PPGL) akan membagikan dividen interim untuk periode tahun buku yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024 sebesar Rp1.542.356.040 atau Rp2 per saham.

“Pembagian dividen itu telah sesuai dengan keputusan Direksi yang telah disetujui Dewan Komisaris pada tanggal 27 September 2024,” sebut Darmawan Suryadi SM selaku Direktur Utama PPGL dalam keterangan tertulis, Selasa (01/10).

Investor yang berhak atas dividen ini adalah yang terdaftar sebagai Pemegang Saham pada 11 Oktober 2024.

Cum dan Ex Dividen di Pasar Reguler dan Negosiasi akan dilakukan pada tanggal 9 Oktober dan 10 Oktober 2024. 

Sementara itu, Cum dan Ex Dividen di Pasar Tunai pada 11 Oktober dan 14 Oktober 2024.

Selanjutnya, Pembagian dividen interim jatuh pada tanggal 31 Oktober 2024.
