Medco (MEDC) Buka Suara soal Rumor Mau Akuisisi Senoko Energy
IDXChannel - Emiten pertambangan milik Arifin Panigoro, PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC) diisukan tengah menjajaki akuisisi saham pengendali di Senoko Energy Pte. Nilai pembelian perusahaan listrik berbasis di Singapura itu hingga USD1 miliar.
Menanggapi rumor tersebut, Corporate Secretary MEDC, Siendy K. Wisandana menegaskan, tidak terlibat dalam pembahasan untuk pengambilalihan saham di Senoko Energy.

"Oleh karena itu, kami tidak dapat memberikan komentar lebih lanjut," ujar Siendy.
