BBRI Sampaikan Kesiapan Dana Pelunasan Green Bond 2023 Sebesar Rp 1.34 Triliun

Pasardana.id - PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (IDX: BBRI) menyampaikan Kesiapan Dana Pelunasan Obligasi Berwawasan Lingkungan Berkelanjutan I Bank BRI Tahap II Tahun 2023 Seri A (Green Bond 2023) yang akan jatuh tempo pada 27 Oktober 2024 mendatang. 

“Perseroan telah menyediakan dana pembayaran pokok Obligasi Berwawasan Lingkungan Berkelanjutan I Bank BRI Tahap II Tahun 2023 Seri A sebesar Rp 1.34 triliun,” sebut Agustya Hendy Bernadi selaku Corporate Secretary BBRI dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (04/10).

Ditambahkan, saat ini, penempatan dana tersebut berada pada High Quality Liquid Asset Perseroan.

Juga disebutkan bahwa Pelunasan Obligasi Berwawasan Lingkungan Berkelanjutan I Bank BRI Tahap II Tahun 2023 Seri A tidak memiliki dampak material negatif yang dapat mengganggu likuiditas maupun kelangsungan usaha BBRI.
