Investor Siap-Siap, Indosat (ISAT) Eksekusi Stock Split 1:4 Pekan Depan
IDXChannel - PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) siap mengeksekusi pemecahan nilai saham atau stock split dalam waktu dekat. Emiten operator seluler itu akan melaksanakan stock split dengan rasio 1:4.
Aksi korporasi ini telah disetujui para pemegang saham dalam RUPSLB Perseroan pada 24 September 2024.
Dicecar Bursa Soal Utang Jatuh Tempo Rp3 Triliun, Ini Jawaban Indosat (ISAT) Stock split ISAT memiliki rasio 1:4 atas seluruh saham seri B. Artinya, setiap satu saham seri B bernominal Rp100 akan dipecah menjadi 4 saham dengan nominal Rp25 per saham.
"Menyetujui pelaksanaan pemecahan saham perseroan dengan rasio 1:4 atas seluruh saham seri B perseroan, sehingga nilai nominal per saham seri B berubah dari Rp100 menjadi Rp25," tulis manajemen ISAT dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jakarta, Senin (7/10).
