Kurangi 0,35% dari Porsi Kepemilikan Saham, Pengendali FAPA Raih Rp50,01 Miliar

Pasardana.id - Prinsep Management Limited selaku pengendali PT. FAP Agri Tbk (IDX: FAPA) telah melakukan penjualan sebanyak 9.435.000 lembar (0,35%) saham FAPA pada tanggal 21 Agustus 2024 di harga Rp5.300 per unit.

Dengan demikian, dana yang didapat Prinsep Management Limited sekitar Rp50,01 miliar.

"Penjualan saham FAPA dilakukan dalam rangka divestasi," kata Wirastuti Fangiono selaku Direktur FAPA dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (09/10).

Pasca transaksi penjualan saham, maka kepemilikan saham Prinsep Management Limited di FAPA berkurang menjadi sebanyak 2.701.755.330 lembar saham atau 75,28% dari sebelumnya sebanyak 2.711.190.330 lembar saham atau 75,54%.
