Pengendali HELI Kurangi Porsi Kepemilikan Sahamnya di Perseroan

Pasardana.id - PT Startel Communication selaku Pengendali PT Jaya Trishindo Tbk (IDX: HELI) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya di perseroan setelah menjual sebanyak 206.310.000 lembar saham HELI di harga Rp270 per saham pada tanggal 4 Oktober 2024.

"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Divestasi dengan kepemillikan saham langsung," sebut Edwin Widjaja selaku Direktur Utama HELI dalam keterangan tertulis, Kamis (10/10).

Pasca transaksi penjualan, maka kepemilikan saham PT Startel Communication di HELI berkurang menjadi sebanyak 191,99 juta lembar saham atau setara dengan 23,05% dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 398,30 juta lembar saham atau 47,82%.
