Gugat Sultan Subang di PN Jaksel, Manajemen Mirae Asset Buka Suara
IDXChannel - Anggota Bursa, PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia menempuh jalur hukum terhadap mantan pengurus PT Berkah Beton Sedaya Tbk (BEBS), Asep Sulaeman Sabanda.
Gugatan terhadap Sultan Subang itu terjadi menyusul dugaan pelanggaran dan kelalaian atau wanprestasi yang dilakukan nasabahnya itu.

Sejatinya, Mirae Asset telah membuka musyawarah dengan nasabah sebagai jalan tengah menyelesaikan masalah ini.
Namun, Arisandhi menyebut, terdapat itikad tidak baik dari sejumlah nasabah, termasuk diduga Sultan Subang.
