外资疯狂流出，印度卢比兑美元汇率跌破84，创新低
印度卢比兑美元汇率首次跌破84，创历史新低。
美东时间10月11日周五，印度卢比跌0.1%，创下了84.0975的历史新低。贬值原因主要有二，一是外资大规模撤资印度股市和债市。彭博数据显示，10月迄今为止，外资已抛售了57亿美元的印度股票和1.25亿美元的债券。
二是市场预期印度央行可能即将降息。周三，印度储备银行（RBI）的政策立场从鹰派的“撤回宽松政策”调整为“中性”，引发市场加大对该国的降息押注。
今年印度卢比持续贬值，不断刷新历史低位，但由于央行专注于维持货币稳定，波动范围有限。交易员密切关注84水平，分析师预计，一旦突破该水平，印度央行将加大干预力度。
Shinhan Bank副总裁Kunal Sodhani表示：
“尽管央行在83.98和83.99点位进行了干预，但资金外流非常强劲，尤其是股市。一旦卢比跌破84关口后，观察印度央行的干预方式将变得很重要。”
MUFG银行的高级货币分析师Michael Wan表示：“从RBI的角度来看，只要汇率变动不是太剧烈，印度央行也能保持一定的外汇竞争力。”
截至10月4日，印度的外汇储备高达7012亿美元，显示央行有足够资金来维持货币稳定。
