Indosat (ISAT) Setop Penerbitan Sisa Obligasi dan Sukuk Rp12,5 Triliun
IDXChannel - PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) memutuskan untuk menghentikan penerbitan sisa obligasi dan sukuk senilai Rp12,5 triliun dalam Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan (PUB) IV.
Dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (14/10/2024), perseroan telah merealisasikan penerbitan total obligasi dan sukuk dalam PUB IV senilai Rp2,5 triliun. Terdiri dari obligasi sebesar Rp1,75 triliun dan sukuk Rp750 miliar.
Indosat Minta Restu Stock Split Hari Ini, Cek Target Harga Saham ISATSejatinya, target perseroan dalam PUB IV adalah menerbitkan total obligasi dan sukuk senilai Rp15 triliun. Rinciannya, obligasi ditargetkan Rp10,5 triliun dan sukuk senilai Rp4,5 triliun.
Itu artinya sisa obligasi yang belum diterbitkan adalah Rp8,75 triliun dan sukuk Rp3,75 triliun, sehingga totalnya Rp12,5 triliun.
