Anak Usaha RAJA dan Energy Equity Epic Garap Proyek di Blok Sengkang
IDXChannel - Emiten migas milik pengusaha Happy Hapsoro, PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA) melalui anak usahanya PT Triguna Internusa Pratama (TIP) dan Energy Equity Epic (Sengkang) Pty. Ltd. sepakat menggarap proyek strategis.
"Pada 11 Oktober 2024, TIP dan Energy Equity Epic (Sengkang) telah menandatangani Perjanjian Jasa Penyediaan Sewa Booster Compression Plant untuk Pengembangan Kampung Baru di Blok Sengkang," kata Corporate Secretary RAJA, Yuni Pattinasarani dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jakarta, Selasa (15/10/2024).
Rukun Raharja (RAJA) Akuisisi Delapan Persen Saham Blok JabungEnergy Equity Epic (Sengkang) merupakan pengelola Blok Migas Sengkang di Kabupaten Wajo, Sulawesi Selatan.
Meski tak disebutkan nilai transaksi perjanjian pengembangan Kampung Baru di Blok Sengkang, namun Yuni mengungkapkan dampak positif dari transaksi tersebut ke perseroan.
