Red Planet (PSKT) Bubarkan Anak Usaha, Ini Alasannya
IDXChannel - Emiten hotel, PT Red Planet Indonesia Tbk (PSKT) resmi membubarkan atau melikuidasi anak usahanya, PT Planet Merah Delapan (PMD).
PMD merupakan anak usaha perseroan dengan kepemilikan saham sebesar 99,60 persen.
Hotel Red Planet (PSKT) Raih Pendapatan Rp47,26 Miliar di 2021Berdasarkan Keputusan Sirkuler para pemegang saham Planet Merah Delapan, memutuskan untuk membubarkan Planet Merah Delapan dan menunjuk Indra Permana dan Nancy Nataleo selaku Direktur sebagai likuidator untuk menyelesaikan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan pembubaran sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
"Pembubaran Planet Merah Delapan dilatarbelakangi dengan tidak adanya kegiatan usaha sejak awal didirikan," kata Direktur Utama PSKT, Suwito dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (15/10/2024).
