Pengumuman, RUPSLB Garuda Maintenance (GMFI) Diundur ke Jumat Pekan Ini
IDXChannel - Pengumuman buat investor. PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMFI) memundurkan jadwal Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) yang sejatinya digelar hari ini, Rabu (16/10/2024).
Dalam pengumumannya di keterbukaan informasi BEI, manajemen GMFI menyebut, RUPSLB Perseroan dimundurkan menjadi Jumat (18/10).
GMFI Mau Rights Issue 11,73 Miliar Saham, GIAA Ikut Ambil Bagian"Sehubungan dengan masih adanya tambahan permintaan informasi oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), rapat yang semula pada Rabu (16/10) ditunda pelaksanaannya menjadi Jumat (18/10)," kata manajemen.
RUPSLB GMFI pada Jumat pekan ini akan digelar pukul 09.00-11.00 WIB di Ruang Auditorium, Gedung Manajemen Garuda, Lantai Dasar, Garuda City, Area Perkantoran Bandara Soekarno-Hatta, Tangerang.
