DRA Medya Lengkey S. Tambah Porsi Kepemilikan Saham MTDL

Pasardana.id - DRA Medya Lengkey S. selaku pemegang saham PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (IDX: MTDL) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya di perseroan, melakukan transaksi pembelian sebanyak 21.433.000 lembar saham MTDL atau sebesar 0,17% di harga Rp480 pada tanggal 15 Oktober 2024.

“Tujuan transaksi untuk status Kepemilikan Saham secara langsung,” sebut Randy Kartadinata selaku Corporate Secretary MTDL dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (16/10).

Pasca transaksi pembelian, maka porsi kepemilikan DRA Medya Lengkey S. di MTDL bertambah menjadi sebanyak 2.036.107.305 lembar saham atau sebesar 16,58% dari sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 2.014.674.305 lembar saham atau 16,41%.
